Interview Tips

Do

  • Arrive early but not too early (10mins maximum) - Plan your route
  • Research the company

  • Shake hands firmly

  • Smile

  • Maintain eye contact

  • Try to relax and let your personality come through

  • Dress conservatively (plain suit/plain shirt) - ensure you are comfortable

  • Limit the amount of jewellery and remember - less is best - and remove any facial piercings

  • Be prepared to answer any questions related to your CV

  • Thank the interviewer for their time and express your interest in the role

  • Answer questions with a simple yes or no. Expand and explain yourself
